Eligibility Window:
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Apparel with perspiration or cigarette odors is not eligible for return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a store credit or gift card.We do not offer monetary refunds or accept cancellations for online orders.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Final-Sale Items:
All accessories—including hats, hair accessories, belts, sunglasses, scarves, handbags, and jewelry—as well as swimwear, pajamas, and discounted items are final sale.

Exchanges

Size or Color Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item within 14 days of purchase for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Shipped orders are sent via USPS (Post Office). If expedited shipping is needed, please call the store at (225) 644-1802. Store pickup is available for free.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
